Short pump mental health training session is on Sunday


HENRICO COUNTY, Va. — One of the organizers of the Hope in Every Season Mental Health Workshop being held this Sunday at Short Pump is asking people to attend.

Giovanni Hinton knows what it’s like to get through the dark days.

“I’ve experienced depression myself and I know what the signs are and I’ve been through a lot in my life when it comes to depression, so it can be debilitating in some ways. ,” Hinton explained. “But the mental health support, the community support, the physical support…just the health support was beneficial.”
